I’m so happy with my prints but when I chose to change 2 of them my prints have been sitting in Sydney since 3:19am Saturday 4/10. It’s now 10:13pm 8/10 and they’ve not moved. Couriers Please are a terrible service so perhaps you should use someone else.

  • Ensure they are in JPEG/JPG or PNG format. 
  • 300 dpi will give you the best quality results, which would equate to 2400x3000 pixels for an 8 x 12” print. 
  • Avoid uploading screenshots or pictures already uploaded to social media. These compressed images will compromise the print quality.

Curated Frames delivers across Australia. For printing and framing and canvas prints, allow up to three weeks for delivery. For baby photo printing only, without the frame, the turnaround time is around seven business days.
